Health, care & the businesses serving them

A clear direction.
A business that
moves together.

Business and brand strategy for CEOs, founders and leadership teams building health and care groups, platforms and specialist businesses.

GRPL helps health and care leaders choose where to grow, give their business a clear position and connect the teams, offers and customer experience needed to deliver. We work alongside your leadership, commercial teams and existing partners, with particular experience across health technology and specialist finance.

Talk about your business
01

Make the next commercial decision clearer.

Your next stage of growth may depend on a choice: which buyer to prioritise, how to explain a broader platform, what a new offer should contribute or where businesses within a group can create value together. That choice sets the brief for brand, marketing, sales and technology.

GRPL brings those perspectives into the same conversation. We examine the opportunity, the evidence behind it and what your business would need to do differently. Leadership leaves with a direction it can explain and a practical basis for deciding what happens next.

02

Choose the question worth answering.

For a group: where could our businesses make one another more useful to customers, and who should own that connection? For a platform: which buyer should lead the proposition, and how do the individual capabilities support one coherent promise? For a specialist business: what makes our expertise commercially valuable, and how do we show it before the first meeting?

These are examples of the questions we scope with leadership. We agree the audience, businesses and decisions in view before recommending a program of work. A clear boundary helps the team reach a useful decision and act on it.

03

Bring the right people into the decision.

GRPL leads the commercial and brand strategy. Your leaders bring the operating context and make the decisions. Your internal teams, agencies and specialist partners contribute their expertise and own the agreed delivery. Matt Gudge leads the strategic relationship. Additional partners and their responsibilities are agreed around the scope.

For health and care businesses, that includes involving the people who own clinical quality, regulation, privacy or other specialist requirements when a commercial decision touches their remit. GRPL’s role covers positioning, narrative, offers and commercial alignment. Clinical practice, legal advice and regulated financial advice remain with the appropriate qualified professionals.

How to work together

Start with the decision in front of you.

If the brief is still forming, The Read is a focused strategy review: a recommendation, a working position and a 90-day plan. A defined scope typically takes two to three weeks. When the requirement is clear, we can scope the relevant engagement directly.

Useful
questions.

Is GRPL a healthcare marketing agency?

GRPL is a business and brand strategy consultancy. We help leadership resolve commercial choices and establish the direction for the work. Campaigns, clinic SEO, media buying or website production can involve specialist partners where they serve an agreed strategy.

Can GRPL work with our existing marketing team and agency?

Yes. We agree the strategic contribution GRPL makes and involve the people who will use it. Your team and partners retain the delivery responsibilities agreed for the engagement.

Do you only work with health and care businesses?

No. Health and care is a particular area of experience. Our work also includes finance, technology, platforms and specialist owner-led businesses. The fit depends on the commercial question and the expertise it needs.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

The business, the outcome you want and the decision you are considering. A finished brief is unnecessary. We will establish what evidence and people would be useful before proposing a scope.
