Define the platform proposition
Clarify how the overall promise relates to the capabilities within the platform. Establish a position that can organise the offer and provide a coherent foundation for a business developing across markets.
GRPL engagement / Limina
A positioning and messaging foundation for a global health platform. It connects the overall promise, individual capabilities and customer journey.
The commercial question
Limina was building a global health platform with several capabilities contributing to the customer experience. GRPL worked on the positioning required to bring those parts into one commercial and brand story. The task reached beyond a headline: the position needed to guide how the platform was explained, how individual offers were presented and how the story continued through customer communication.
The strategic choice
The strategic task was to lead with the value of the connected experience, then make the contribution of each capability understandable. A platform story has to work at both levels. Leaders and partners need a coherent account of the business. Customers need to understand what the offer means for them at a particular point in their journey.
GRPL translated that relationship into positioning, a message hierarchy and a tone of voice. The same foundation was then applied to website direction, customer journeys and practical communication examples. This gave the broader proposition a working expression: a way to judge whether an individual message supported the platform’s story and helped the customer take the next step.
GRPL’s contribution
Clarify how the overall promise relates to the capabilities within the platform. Establish a position that can organise the offer and provide a coherent foundation for a business developing across markets.
Develop the message hierarchy, voice and brand guidance. Turn the position into practical language and examples so the work can be carried by internal teams and specialist partners.
Connect positioning to website direction, landing-page examples, content and lifecycle communication. Consider how people encounter the offer and what each touchpoint needs to explain.
Carry the strategic direction into customer-journey and communication work with specialist delivery partners. Keep the relationship between platform, offer and customer experience visible as the work moves into execution.
Evidence of the work
The delivered foundation included positioning and brand guidance, tone of voice, a content approach, website and landing-page examples, and customer-journey work. These materials connect the strategic choice to the decisions made by people creating the experience.
Evidence of the work
The work applied the same position across platform communication, individual offer narratives and lifecycle journeys. It illustrates how GRPL connects a commercial story with the creative and operational work required to express it consistently.
What the work supported
A positioning and messaging foundation for Limina’s global platform, carried into website direction, content examples and customer-journey work. The engagement connected the platform story with practical tools that teams and delivery partners could use across the customer experience.
